These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Crypto Misfits website located at www.thecryptomisfits.com (“Website”) and the purchase of products and services (“Products”) offered on the Website. The Website is operated by Imaginary Tmi (“we”, “us”, or “our”), based in Finland.
Imaginary Tmi FI27801836 (online shop) sells products to private persons in Finland and abroad. We reserve all rights to change the terms and conditions, and the prices. The VAT will be included to the prices according to the tax-regulations of Finland.

Print on Demand Services
The Products offered on this Website are produced and delivered by Gelato, a third-party provider of printing, shipment, and delivery services. By placing an order through our Website, you acknowledge and agree that Gelato will facilitate the printing and shipping of the Products to you or the end customer. Gelato currently do not support returns because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order.

Order Processing and Delivery
Upon receipt of an order through the Gelato Platform, Gelato will facilitate printing of the user content and shipping of the Products to you or the end customer, as requested in the order. Gelato connects independent local printers in its global network and allocates orders to local printers based on various factors.
Gelato will provide an estimated delivery time and make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of the Products. However, Gelato shall not be liable for any delays in delivery.
The Products will be sent by regular post unless otherwise agreed for each order. Gelato reserves the right to choose another carrier or shipping method if necessary.
Lost in Transit
If you can substantiate that your order is lost in transit due to the carrier of a tracked delivery, Gelato, at its sole discretion and subject to investigation, may reship the order. Claims for lost orders must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and performing customs clearance of the Products. Any customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Disclaimer
Gelato and The Crypto Misfits are not liable for any loss or damage to the Products during transportation. Gelato reserves the right not to reship any order if tracking information indicates the order is duly delivered.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
